Competition Terms and Conditions

The prize draw is available to people 18 years of age and over. Proof of age may be required. Employees of Shield Total Insurance or Nextbase and any associated or sister companies, or immediate family of such employees; and parties professionally associated with the promotion may not enter this competition.

To be eligible to enter the prize draw, you must obtain a touring caravan, motorhome, campervan, trailer tent or folding caravan insurance quotation from Shield Total Insurance during the period 1st September 2019 to 31st December 2019 (all quotations are subject to the insurer’s underwriting criteria). Quotes obtained after midnight on 31st December 2019 will not be eligible for entry into this prize draw. Once you have obtained a quote, you will receive an email from Shield Total Insurance with entry details.

No purchase is necessary.

You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the prize draw. Shield Total Insurance may make changes to these terms from time to time. The most up to date version will be available from us on our website. You should check the terms regularly and if you enter the prize draw after the date of any change it will be on the new terms.

The protection of personal privacy is an important concern to the promoters. Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation. We will use your personal data for the administration of the competition, and, with your consent, to provide you with details of the promoter’s services and products. In order to meet our obligations to you, we may share your personal data with the promoters of the competition. You may withdraw your consent from individual promotors at any time by following the unsubscribe details contained within their communications.

The prizes:

Monthly giveaway of one Nextbase 522 GW Dash Cam with 32GB microSD Card. First giveaway end of September, with last giveaway end of December. Please note that these prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

No monetary alternative to the stated prize is available and the prize is non-transferrable.

Entrants can only win one of the four prizes on offer.

The promoters reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The winners will be selected at random at the end of the prize draw month. i.e. September’s winner will be drawn on Tuesday the 1st October.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners will be notified by telephone or post within 21 days of the draw taking place.

If we are unable to contact the chosen winners within the 21 days following the draw or if any winner is unable to accept the prize, a new winner will be selected at random.

The promoters do not accept liability in the event of failure to provide the prizes or of problems with the prizes.

By entering this prize draw, all entrants agree to participate in post-event publicity, and for their photograph, name and home county to be published.

The winner’s names may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing Department, Shield Total Insurance, 2nd Floor, Juniper House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, CM13 3BE

Any clause in these terms and conditions that shall be deemed illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
