  • Touring Caravan Insurance

    With regards to your touring caravan, if you are unfortunate to suffer any loss, damage, incident or occurrence that is likely to give rise to a claim, it’s important that you report this as soon as possible.

  • Motorhome Insurance

    We use specialist motorhome insurers – Ageas, First Underwriting, Highway and KGM – who provide a motorhome insurance claims service that is fast, efficient and friendly.

    It is important that you initially establish which insurer is providing insurance cover for your vehicle. The name of the insurer and the applicable policy reference number will be shown on your current certificate of motorhome insurance. Please have your current motorhome insurance certificate available when you call.

    As the insurer may take control of handling and negotiating any claim, it is important that you do not admit that you are responsible, or make any offer, promise or payment without written permission of the insurer.

    If your motorhome is damaged as a result of an accident, fire, theft or vandalism:

  • Pet Insurance

    We appreciate that your pets are an extended part of your family and in the event that your pets require veterinary treatment, this can be a distressing time for everyone concerned.

    In the event you need to make a claim you may either:

    Alternatively, you can telephone the NCI Claims Department on 01423 535 057 and request a claim form to be posted to you.

    In order for NCI to assess your claim, please make sure your claim form is fully completed, as any incomplete claim forms will be returned to you.

    The completed form should then either be returned to the below address, emailed to petclaims@ncionline.co.uk or sent via fax on 01423 532 791, along with your pet’s past 3 years medical history (or full history, if your pet is less than 3 years old) along with fully itemised invoices.

General Claims Advice

  • You must report to your insurer any loss, damage, incident or claim or any occurrence likely to give rise to a claim and of the institution of any proceedings being brought against you, as soon as reasonably possible.
  • You must, in the event of theft or other malicious incident give immediate notice of loss to the Police (who usually will provide a report or reference number).
  • You must send copies of every letter, writ or document to your insurer immediately upon receipt.
  • You or any person claiming coverage must give all information and assistance to the insurer and not negotiate, pay, settle, admit or repudiate any claim without the insurer’s written consent.
