Things to consider when buying Motorhome Breakdown Rescue:

  • Do you require motorhome breakdown cover for the “UK and continental Europe” or simply “UK only”?
  • What is the maximum single trip duration and cumulative total for trips during period of insurance?

If you do plan to take your motorhome abroad, say to Eastern Europe (e.g. Bulgaria or Poland), look at the specified “geographical limits” within the breakdown rescue policy to see it satisfies your trip requirements.

Finally, make sure to check that your motorhome’s age, engine size, weight and dimensions meets the breakdown rescue scheme’s “eligible vehicle” criteria.
