Please note: We cannot provide cover for vehicles over 3000cc or over 20 years of age.
This includes call-out fees and labour charges needed to start the vehicle and the cost of taking the vehicle, you and up to 6 passengers to the nearest available garage.
If your vehicle breaks down you must call or text the Breakdown Control Centre using the contact details provided in your policy documents.
If your vehicle breaks down at your home or within a quarter of a mile of your home, call out-fees and labour charges will be paid.
If it cannot be repaired quickly or the same day at a garage, your vehicle, you and up to 6 passengers will be taken to any one place.
If your vehicle breaks down, any attached caravan or small trailer will be entitled to the same service. This attachment must be no more than 3 metres long.
In the event of a breakdown – providing that help is arrange by the Breakdown Control Centre – your family or colleagues can be notified of your situation.
Please be aware there is no single trip limit.
