Independent customer feedback platform Feefo exists to help listen and learn from genuine feedback and we are extremely delighted to accept their most coveted award.
In terms of what this means for our customers, it’s another string to our bow in the way of delivering outstanding service. We can add this to our 5 Star Defaqto Rating for Touring Caravan Insurance and our ServiceMark Accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service.
