- Up to one hour's assistance at the roadside

If the motorhome can’t be repaired at the roadside, it and up to 7 passengers will be taken to the nearest garage.
Doorstep / Assistance at Home

Emergency assistance if you break down at or within one mile of your home address.
National Recovery / Onward Journey
- If your motorhome cannot be made roadworthy within a reasonable time, arrangements will be made to take it to your home, to a garage or to your destination.
- You can choose to continue your journey by hire vehicle.

If your motorhome breaks down on the outward journey of a pre-booked UK camping or caravanning holiday and it cannot be repaired during the holiday, will transport the motorhome and passengers home at the end of the holiday (- in effect a double recovery: to the campsite and home at the end of the holiday).

European Assistance
- If you motorhome breaks down on the Continent, will provide roadside assistance, recovery to the nearest suitable garage and car hire or hotel accommodation if your motorhome cannot be completed the same day.
