Swift Challenger Sport 636 caravan review

The Swift Challenger Sport range has had an overwhelmingly successful response, with caravan sales exceeding expectations. As a result, Shield caravan insurance customers may be interested to read that the Swift Group have been keen to cover as many popular caravan layouts in this range to monopolise on its success.

Top of the Sport caravan range is the Swift Challenger Sport 636 twin axle, family caravan model, coming in at a lightweight 1,470 kgs MIRO. It offers six berths which includes a set of twin fixed bunks, a side dinette and large front lounge area.

The Sport 636 is already proving to be well received, so we took time out to check it out.

The Swift Challenger Sport 636 caravan looks to be contender for a stylish 6 berth.

The Swift’s profile is a head turner, with its eye grabbing stunning good looks. Smart graphics and excellent quality finish, the Sport 636 sells on looks alone.

Once inside the 636 the overall feel is a modern one, with plenty of natural light flooding into the caravan (helped by the sunroof and good window area).

The layout is especially good with the rear of the caravan having two side fixed bunks - both with privacy curtains.

The wardrobe is placed centrally at the rear, while the washroom is positioned in the offside corner. Next to the washroom is wardrobe number two and opposite is the kitchen. Across from the kitchen is a side dinette, with a small dresser forward of it for placement of a TV (ideally suited for the front lounge).
